Get to know Alexandria.Works with a Proof-of-Concept.
A Proof-of-Concept is an extended tryout of Alexandria.Works based on a large set of your documents and executed by a project team of testers.
A Proof-of-concept comprises the following:
1 – Intake: a meeting with your project team where they explain to us the test case, and we explain to you how the Proof-of-Concept will be organized.
2 – Test set: you provide us with a ZIP file with the documents you would like us to use during the Proof-of-concept.
3 – Test questions: your project test team draws up a list of questions to be used to evaluate Alexandria.Works.
4 – Indexing: we process your documents and mail you a link to the query page.
5 – On-boarding: a meeting with the project team where we demonstrate how to work with Alexandria.Works and your data.
6 – Test 1: the test panel runs the test questions and documents the results.
7 – Feedback: your project team gives us their feedback; we tune the engine and process the changes that are in line with our product road map.
8 – Test 2: the test panel runs the test questions on the adjusted application and documents the results.
9 – Evaluation: a meeting where we round up the PoC, where you give us your final feedback and where we discuss the next steps.
Cost: After the initial intake, we provide you with an estimate for the Proof-of-Concept (typically between €5.000,- and €15.000,-).
